Founded by Martin Levy in 2019, our business is rooted in decades of culinary excellence. Martin’s experience spans Michelin-starred restaurants and procuring the finest ingredients for prestigious clients like Harrods, Wholefoods, and renowned chefs such as Thomas Keller and Jason Atherton. In 2020, Davide Bargione joined as Culinary Director, bringing expertise from his tenure as Jamie Oliver’s Culinary Director and leading roles in major restaurant groups like Cote Brasseries.

Our chefs, having worked globally, craft a diverse and exquisite menu. Centrally based at London Oxford International Airport, we ensure swift delivery to all UK airports, guaranteeing that you and your clients can savor what you desire, whenever you desire.

Our journey began with a passion for exceptional cuisine. Martin Levy, leveraging his extensive experience in Michelin starred restaurants and top level procurement,  launched our venture with one objective in mind. Serve the freshest and finest produce, let the ingredients speak for themselves and don’t over complicate and make food pretentious. Just keep it ‘honest’ but refined.

Our food looks amazing and tastes even better and we do not expect our clients to follow complicated recipe cards to present our dishes. We do the hard work for you.

Our recruitment process ensures that our team have a broad knowledge across all cuisines from European, to Asian, Scandinavian and Pan-American.

Our many years of experience in events,  means our phone book is full of chefs with experience of just about any national cuisine.

It’s not only about the cooking though. Procurement plays a major part and Martin has spent many years on the other side of the industry as a supplier to hospitality giving our business a huge advantage when it comes to sourcing the very finest ingredients.

…and having access to the worlds largest food market, where we have our own buyer, we are able to find the ingredients that fuel that creativity.

With regular deliveries from Rungis market in Paris coupled with the production of hard to find ingredients, salads and garnishes that we grow in our own polytunnels, we have plenty to set us apart from our rivals.

Our homegrown produce is nourished using compost made from our own green  waste and 100% of our packaging is either biodegradable or recyclable and made with recycled materials.
